Simple, Reliable Shipping for Your Candle Orders

All orders ship from our Revelstoke, BC candle shop within 3–5 business days.
Please note: September through December is peak “Candle Season.” During these months, fulfillment may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

·       Canada: Orders over $150 CAD ship FREE

·       United States: Orders over $150 USD ship FREE

Free shipping orders typically take 5–7 days in transit.
Need your candles sooner? Choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.
If you’d like extra insurance, please let us know at the time of purchase.

🎄 December Holiday Timelines

To ensure your candles arrive safely and on time during the holiday rush, please plan ahead:

·       Canada: Allow 7–12 days from order date to delivery.

·       United States: Allow 12–15 days from order date to delivery.

Faster courier options are always available at checkout.

Orders to the United States

On August 29th 2025 the US determined shipments valued under $800USD will no longer be duty and tariff free under the US de minimis exemption unless they are CUSMA compliant.

Our products are CUSMA compliant therefore they are duty free, however we are now required to have a brokerage courier (UPS) for all US shipments.

·      Your candles are duty-free under the CUSMA agreement (orders under $800 USD).

·       We include a Certificate of Origin with every order.

·       UPS is our preferred courier and border broker.

Important Note on UPS Brokerage Fees

While orders over $150 USD qualify for free shipping, UPS brokerage fees are separate and the responsibility of the customer for ALL shipments to the United States.
These fees are not government tariffs—they are UPS service charges for customs compliance.

Examples of UPS Brokerage Fees

·       PGA Disclaim Fee: Covers UPS filing that your candles are not regulated by U.S. agencies (e.g., FDA).

·       Entry Prep Fee: Administrative fee for preparing customs paperwork—even when duty is waived.

·       Entry Line Charge: Applies when multiple product types require separate classification.

We’ve lowered our free shipping threshold from $225 USD to $150 USD to help offset shipping costs, but brokerage fees remain outside our control.
