Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Commitment to Quality:

  • Beeswax Works is a distinguished small-batch candle company located in Revelstoke, British Columbia, known for crafting handmade candles with care and creativity.
  • Our dedication to quality extends to our respectful and artisanal approach.
  • While we retail our candles online, at farmer's markets, and artisan fairs, we also offer wholesale partnerships to retail partners and distributors.

Shipping Wholesale Orders:

  • All wholesale orders will be dispatched from our Revelstoke, BC candle shop within five to ten (5-10) business days from the order date.
  • Shipping is facilitated through Canada Post and available couriers originating in Revelstoke, British Columbia.
  • Orders with outstanding invoices will not be processed for shipping.
  • Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the stockist and are non-refundable.

Order and Payment Terms:

  • Wholesale partners are required to make payment at the time of order placement.
  • Alternative payment arrangements must be agreed upon in writing via email between Beeswax Works and the Stockist.
  • Initial minimum order: $500.00 CAD (pre-shipping and taxes). Subsequent minimum orders: $500.00 CAD (pre-shipping and taxes).
  • The cumulative minimum order for a calendar year is $750 CAD to qualify for Tier 2 pricing (with further discounts on orders of 12 or more units of a product).
  • Online wholesale orders are exclusively accepted through our dedicated platform accessible via the green button link on our homepage. Please use the "Wholesale Check Out" option.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and EFT. Returned NSF cheques will incur a $50.00 CAD administration fee payable to Beeswax Works.
  • New orders will not ship until all outstanding invoices are settled.
  • Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email.
  • Refunds will be credited to your account, credit card, or original payment method, after deducting a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Returns:

  • Stockists are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Refunds will have return shipping costs deducted.
  • The time for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location.
